Beautiful Bude, Boats and Lock Gates with the Hungry Sailors

Over the last 10 days, a film crew have been in Bude filming Dick and James Strawbridge aka ” the hungry sailors”. During filming they spent time on the beaches with Bude Surf Life-saving Club, cooked a fish stew, made cheese and pies with local food producers Sue Proudfoot and Fionagh Harding, and locked in and out of the Bude Lock Gates.

Despite the awful summer weather, Bude shone through with beautiful weather showing off the coastline and beaches.
